AVA Club Survey

The Strategic Planning Committee has developed a survey to be taken by each club and state organization to help define our organization's future direction.  We’ve been hearing from the INDIVIDUALS who participate in our events and have responded to the individual survey, (please click here http://tinyurl.com/nnlroro to take the individual survey) but we also need to hear from the CLUBS and State Organizations that organize and sponsor those events.

The invitation to take the club and state organization survey was emailed to the Point of Contact on file for each club and state organization. If your club or state organization has NOT received an email invitation OR if you know of a club that has not received the email invitation for the survey, please contact Bobbi Bilnoski at bobbi@bilnoski.onmicrosoft.com
She will  provide you with a link to the online survey or with a paper version that can be submitted by November 1, 2015. Remember that only one submission per club can be accepted.
